My Process
Every portrait starts the same way: with a deep breath and a blank page.
No pencil sketch
No rulers
No digital edits
Just ink on paper—drawn freehand, full of intention, trust, and a little whimsy. Every line is permanent, even the wobbly ones. In fact, those imperfect marks are often my favourite—they bring the drawing to life.
What I Create
Each portrait is:
Hand-drawn, never traced or retouched
Filled with quirks and personality, just like the places themselves
Made with care, heart, and a playful nod to nostalgia
And I always include the details that matter most to you—whether it’s the family tree out front, the porch chair that’s always in the same spot, or even a pet peeking through the window.
