I draw from photos of a house (or building). All I need are good quality clear photos of the front of the house. If there are special details that you would like me to include, you can also send me close-up photos of those.

Sometimes, the Google Maps image is an option if it's a clear image of the correct house.

Typically I need 2-3 weeks, however if you need your drawing more quickly, please let me know and I will see what I can do.

I use a Sakura Pigma Micron 0.5 fine liner (sometimes 0.2 and 0.01) on 300 GSM paper. I love these pens for my work because the ink is permanent, fade resistant, chemically stable, and will not bleed or run.

My drawings are packaged in a clear cellophane envelope inside a hard cardboard mailer so they stay dry and don’t bend. Orders are mailed using Canada Post.
